Sold in pairs, simply place your heated warmer inside your pocket, or slip inside your gloves or simply hold in the palm of your hand.

How to heat + cool
To heat, place in the microwave for 30 - 60 seconds. Heat in 30 sec bursts to avoid overheating.
To cool, place in a freezer proof container and leave for 30 - 60 minutes.
Important to remember
CAUTION: Wheat is flammable when heated for too long. Microwave in 20-30 second burst and do not heat unattended.
Do not overheat and always place a mug of water in the microwave to avoid wheat drying out or burning.
